My name is Jamie Hodgson. Born and raised in Carlisle, I’ve spent over 20 years in the roofing industry, and learning what truly lasts.
The name ELAST is personal, built from the names of my two children, Ella and Aston. Because this is my family reputation, I operate on an Owner-on-Site promise. I am personally on every single job managing the project, whether I’m working solo or bringing in my trusted crew for larger builds.
Most roofing contractors use off-the-shelf EPDM rubber kits that are simply glued together. Over time, those glued seams bake in the summer sun, crack in the winter frost, and inevitably leak. We do things differently.
As one of very few certified specialists in the region, we hold restricted manufacturer licences for Sika, IKO, Danosa, and Protan. Using no-torch, hot-air welding, we fuse your roof into a single, seamless shield backed by an up to 25-year warranty.
